800℃ and 1,000℃. The regeneration time is divided into the standard time and long

Characteristics of our company's regeneration kiln:
1. Our company's kiln is installed horizontally and only needs to be placed on a
horizontal ground. The fixing method is simple, welding it to a steel platform or fixing
it with expansion bolts on a concrete floor. This is different from other companies' tilted
kilns.
2. The strength of the cylinder is particularly high, and it can keep the cylinder from
bending during sudden power outages in a hot state without the need to rotate it.
3. The material is not propelled by gravity, but by spiral blades, resulting in more
uniform heating of the material.
4. But it is still equipped with an emergency power supply EPS to provide power for the
burner fan and cylinder drive, ensuring the safety of the equipment and timely
discharge of hot materials.
5. Our company's regeneration furnace is equipped with a preheater, and the materials
are preheated at a temperature of 80-90 ℃ before entering the rotary kiln.
6.The burner is proportionally adjustable, making it easy to control the temperature.
